Rise Up For You’s Nada Lena Nasserdeen Headlines Women’s Empowerment Event in Nevada

Las Vegas, NV – Nearly 300 women gathered at KAOS Nightclub at The Palms on April 12 for the Women United Fierce & Fearless Fashion Show Luncheon, hosted by United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN). The high-energy event spotlighted the power of women united in purpose, and Nada Lena Nasserdeen, founder and CEO of Rise Up For You, delivered a keynote that brought the room to a standstill.

Nasserdeen, a bestselling author and globally recognized advocate for leadership and emotional intelligence, took the stage after the fashion show to deliver a keynote focused on resilience, community, and unapologetic leadership. Her message resonated deeply with attendees, reinforcing the spirit of the event: that women, when united, are unstoppable.

“Nada’s words didn’t just inspire—they moved us,” said one attendee. “She reminded every woman in that room of her power.”

Now in its 18th year, Women United has raised more than $3.5 million and logged over 8,200 volunteer hours, directly impacting families across Southern Nevada. The luncheon featured fashion from designers like Anne Fontaine and René Tyler, alongside the Sip N Shop marketplace supporting local women-owned businesses.

Funds raised at the event support UWSN’s programs offering career training, family resources, and financial empowerment for women and families in need.
